Michael W. Cardamone is an accomplished workers' compensation attorney, representing injured workers in Philadelphia, Lancaster, Bucks, Berks, Montgomery, Chester, Delaware and surrounding counties. He joined Krasno Krasno & Onwudinjo in February 2005 and works in the Philadelphia office.

Mr. Cardamone has secured numerous victories on behalf of injured workers in Eastern Pennsylvania, including wins over some of the area's largest corporations. He has also negotiated many six figure settlements on behalf of his clients. Having worked at a well known, large Philadelphia defense firm from 2001 to 2003, Mr. Cardamone has capitalized on the knowledge he obtained about the insurance industry, to benefit his clients in the litigation and settlement phases of a case.

Mr. Cardamone is willing to stand toe to toe with the powerful insurance companies and knows what it takes to maximize a claim for an injured worker in Pennsylvania. He has recovered millions of dollars in wage loss benefits for his clients, but understands that his clients wants justice just as much as wage loss and medical benefits provided under the Pennsylvania Workers' Compensation Act.

Outside the courtroom, Mr. Cardamone is active in the legal community. He recently served as a guest speaker at a seminar for the Pennsylvania Chapter of the International Association of Rehabilitation Professionals. He has been published twice in our nation's oldest legal newspaper- The Legal Intelligencer. Mr. Cardamone wrote a letter to the editor of The Philadelphia Lawyer Magazine which was published in the Winter 2008 edition. Mr. Cardamone is an active pro bono volunteer for the Lawyering Together Program through Villanova Law, assisting low income residents in obtaining legal title to property in Philadelphia. He has also recently served as a judge for the Pennsylvania Bar Association Young Lawyer Division Statewide Mock Trial Competition at Temple University.

Mr. Cardamone enjoys running, swimming, reading and traveling, and has been active in martial arts since 2003.
