Michael W. Cardamone is an experienced and accomplished Pennsylvania workers' compensation attorney, representing injured workers in Philadelphia, Lancaster, Bucks, Berks, Montgomery, Chester, Carbon, Monroe, Lebanon, York, Lehigh, Schuylkill, and Delaware counties. He was recently featured as a "Rising Star" in the December 2008 issues of Philadelphia Magazine and Pennsylvania Super Lawyers Rising Stars Edition which features outstanding young lawyers in Pennsylvania. He joined Krasno Krasno & Onwudinjo in February 2005 and works in the Philadelphia office. Mr. Cardamone is also the managing attorney for all of the firm's Dresher and Doylestown cases.
Mr. Cardamone has secured hundreds of victories on behalf of injured workers in Pennsylvania, including wins over many of the state's largest employers. He has also negotiated countless six figure settlements on behalf of his clients. Having worked at a well known, prestigious Philadelphia defense firm from 2001 to 2003, Mr. Cardamone has capitalized on the knowledge he obtained about the insurance industry, to benefit his clients in the litigation and settlement phases of a Pennsylvania workers' compensation case.
Outside the courtroom, Mr. Cardamone is active in the legal community. He recently served as a guest speaker at a seminar for the Pennsylvania Chapter of the International Association of Rehabilitation Professionals. He has been published twice in our nation's oldest legal newspaper The Legal Intelligencer. Mr. Cardamone wrote a letter to the editor of The Philadelphia Lawyer Magazine which was published in the Winter 2008 edition. He is an active pro bono volunteer for the Lawyering Together Program through Villanova Law, assisting low income residents in obtaining legal title to property in Philadelphia. He has also recently served as a judge for the Pennsylvania Bar Association Young Lawyer Division Statewide Mock Trial Competition at Temple University.
Mr. Cardamone is married, lives in the Philadelphia area, and enjoys martial arts, swimming, traveling, and reading.
