About Paul Kush

Paul Kush is a dedicated advocate for injured workers across Pennsylvania. A graduate of Duquesne University (B.A. 2012) and the Thomas R. Kline School of Law at Duquesne University (J.D. 2015), Paul has devoted the majority of his legal career to the practice of Workers’ Compensation law.

He is certified as a specialist in Workers’ Compensation law by the Pennsylvania Bar Association’s Section on Workers’ Compensation Law - a distinction authorized by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court and held by only a select number of attorneys statewide.

At KK&O, Paul focuses exclusively on representing injured workers. He is committed to protecting their rights, securing fair compensation, and guiding them through the often complex and confusing Workers’ Compensation process. Earlier in his career, Paul represented employers and insurance companies, giving him valuable insight into how the other side operates - insight he now uses to achieve the best possible outcomes for his clients.

Outside the office, Paul is a passionate Philadelphia sports fan who grew up in the Philadelphia area. He enjoys attending concerts and spending time with his family in Pittsburgh and the surrounding region.
