About Krasno

Our Clients Come First

Krasno, Krasno & Onwudinjo was founded on the belief that injured workers should be able to provide for their families while focusing on their physical recovery.

This is more than a job for our team. It is a privilege to stand by our clients and help them through one of the most challenging moments of their lives. This belief is at the core of everything we do. For more than 85 years, we’ve been fighting and winning for our clients in Pennsylvania.

Advocates for Your Case

Working with our team is a true partnership. We’re deeply invested in the restoration of your life and the success of your case, and that starts with an investment in you. We want to hear your story, relate to your hardship, find out what you need to get back on track, and build an exemplary legal team around you to get the job done.

Jason Krasno

Worker's Compensation Attorney

Jason Krasno is the senior partner and CEO of Krasno Krasno & Onwudinjo. He takes great pride in carrying on the Workers’ Compensation tradition that runs three generations deep.

Our Process Leaves Nothing To Chance

What sets us apart is our customized approach to building your case. From the moment you contact us, you will have a full team working on a legal strategy to maximize your chances of reaching a successful settlement.

Client Intake

Give us a call, submit a web form or a live chat through our website, and our experienced intake specialists will contact you to take down important information about your situation.

Within minutes of that first conversation, you’ll get a call from one of our attorneys to discuss whether your case is accepted and how we’ll proceed toward a successful settlement.

Case Strategy Development

Once your case is accepted, you’ll be assigned a full legal team. Each client is provided an attorney, medical coordinator, client care coordinator, secretary and paralegal.

This team will coordinate and develop a strategy for your case aimed at giving you the best chance at reaching a successful outcome.

Until the day your case is successfully settled, it will be supervised by our managing partner, who had 15 years’ experience as a Workers’ Compensation judge prior to joining the Krasno, Krasno & Onwudinjo team.

Client Care

Once your case strategy has been developed and presented to you, you will be contacted on a recurring basis by your client care coordinator.

The sole responsibility of your client care coordinator is making sure that you are getting the proper medical attention you need and that every question you have you have about your case is answered directly.

The lawyer assigned to your case will follow up after your call with the client care coordinator to dig deeper into specifics and customize the game plan for your case.

A medical coordinator and paralegal will follow up as needed to assist with the medical and legal aspects of your tailor-made legal plan.

Our philosophy on settlements accounts for the entire spectrum of your case: facts concerning the circumstances of the injury, its severity, and diagnostic evidence play a significant role in the valuation. As does your salary.

Taking this into account, each settlement request is reviewed by our managing partner, a retired workers’ comp judge, to ensure we are asking for top dollar on every case.

A History of Client Success

Our law firm carries a storied history dating back to the 1930s, when Isadore Krasno left the Navy, completed his law degree and founded what became Krasno, Krasno & Onwudinjo.

Isador’s son, Lester, joined the firm in 1970 and was followed by his own son, Jason, nearly 20 years later.

As Senior Partner & CEO of Krasno, Krasno & Onwudinjo, Jason helped deepen the firm’s Pennsylvania roots and expand to 9 offices across the state from 2000 to 2014.

Joined by partner Andrew Onwudinjo and managing partner Geoffrey Dlin, a former Workers’ Compensation judge, the Krasno, Krasno & Onwudinjo team continues its proud legacy of fighting for Pennsylvania workers today.
