About Erica
Erica has represented Social
Security Disability clients for over 13 years and has conducted thousands of hearings in
front of SSA Administrative Law Judges. She handles claims at every stage of the
process and has represented clients in all 50 states.
Erica began her career at one of the nation’s largest disability firms, eventually leading a
department of 50 employees who conducted hundreds of hearings each month. At
KK&O, she brings the efficiency and organizational systems of a large national practice
together with the personalized attention and advocacy that each client deserves.
Outside the office, Erica enjoys time outdoors spent kayaking, hiking, and traveling. She
and her son spend many weekend hours at the neighborhood pool. She lives on
Florida’s Gulf Coast.
