The National Business Institute (NBI) will be hosting a two-day accredited seminar on March 1st and 2nd to teach registries how to handle the intricacies of workers’ compensation cases. Located at the Crowne Plaza in King of Prussia, prominent legal experts have been invited to present from 9:00am – 4:30pm each day, delivering valuable knowledge for managing this highly complicated and specialized area of the law.
Featuring Krasno, Krasno & Onwudinjo’s very own Honorable Geoffrey W. Dlin, attendees will have the opportunity to see both sides to how an experienced workers’ compensation judge determines contested cases and will gain insight into his experience developing a statewide mediation practice.
Beginning with key concepts and issues, the seminar will review the laws and responsibilities surrounding workers’ compensation, as well as teach attendees all about the processes, procedures and forms needed to navigate a case. Over the course of both days, you will learn how to assess the value of a claim and stay up to date on the latest caselaw decisions that may affect you.
