Jason Krasno is the Managing Partner of Krasno Krasno & Onwudinjo. He runs the Philadelphia Branch of the firm which represents injured workers throughout Southeastern Pennsylvania. Jason has also represented thousands of injured workers throughout East Central and Central Pennsylvania. He is a third generation workers compensation attorney who follows in the footsteps of his grandfather, a workers compensation judge, and father, who has been practicing workers compensation law for almost four decades. Jason has litigated a wide array of workers compensation cases including death claims, loss of limbs, traumatic brain injuries, spinal injuries, heart attacks, repetitive trauma and many other injuries. If the injury happened on the job, Jason can handle it. He has secured tens of millions of dollars in settlements for his clients over the years. Jason is a litigator first and foremost, spending a majority of his day in court protecting injured workers rights.
Jason has been acknowledged as a Super Lawyer in Pennsylvania since 2006 and was recognized by his peers for The Best Lawyers in America 2009 and 2010. He has also been elected as Co-Chairman of the 2011 Philadelphia Workers Compensation Bar Association. He has been a guest speaker for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute program titled Tough Problems in Workers Compensation and for the Association for Rehabilitation Professionals. Jason has also lectured to various businesses and educational facilities about issues surrounding injured workers. He has also done consulting work for a foreign government on issues involving workers compensation law. Jason is currently working on legislation to help expand injured workers rights.
Jason is dedicated to representing individuals injured in Pennsylvania. He is ready to take on the employers and insurance companies who want to strip injured workers of their rights under the Pennsylvania Workers Compensation Act.
