David Kraft

David attended Mansfield University graduating in 1996 near the top of his class magna cum laude. Following graduation, David attended the Villanova School of Law graduating in 2000.

David has been actively practicing in the field of workers' compensation for the Krasno law firm since 2000 and has handled hundreds of cases. He has been voted a “Rising Star” by Pennsylvania Super Lawyers five times (2006, 2007, 2008, 2010, and 2011). He handles nearly all the firm's cases that are litigated in Williamsport, Lock Haven, Wellsboro, and Tannersville, and he is well acquainted with each of the workers' compensation judges in those areas. He has obtained millions of dollars in workers' compensation benefits for his clients. He has a high success rate before all his judges.

David has represented clients throughout the Commonwealth, and has appeared in workers' compensation judges' offices in all four corners of the state, including Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, Erie, and Scranton.

David has been personally involved in litigation and has had the unpleasant experience of dealing with attorneys who do not return phone calls and who appear most interested in their own financial good and personal convenience. Litigation is stressful enough without having to deal with an unprofessional or uncommunicative lawyer. David promptly returns all phone calls and emails, and always puts his clients' needs first, regardless of the time or effort that is needed to achieve those goals.

David is married to Elizabeth, a graduate of Bloomsburg University and Temple Law School, and he is a father of two daughters, Allison and Scarlett.
